In the new GiveEasy editor you can have multiple donation pages within the one campaign. With this you can also link elements across multiple pages to share the same settings and data. For example, this means that your progress bar could be the same across all your pages and when one donation occurs on one page the progress bar on all pages increase.
So you can create tailor made pages for different channels and audiences while keeping the same key fundraising goals and settings.
The key features you can link across your pages include the:
- Progress Bar
- Countdown Timer
- Comments
- Matched Giving
To do this all you need to do is:
- Find the campaign you wish to edit
- Either go to the ‘…’ > Settings > Manage Elements
or go into the page editor > Settings button > Manage Elements
- Select the tab you wish to edit
- Next select the pages you wish to link into one group using the dropdown. You can also choose to link all pages in one group by ticking the ‘Link all pages in the same group’ checkbox.
- Then select the ‘Link’ button
- Once you have your group of pages all you need to do is select the settings icon and then you can adjust the settings of the element for your group of pages.
- If you want to add more pages to your group all you need to do is click the plus button.
- If you want to remove certain pages from your group all you need to do is click the X button beside the page name. Please note this will remove this page from the group and also reset the settings of the element for this page.
You can also remove a group of pages all together by clicking ‘Remove’ and this will remove the group and reset the pages that were in the group to be individual pages and reset the settings of the element for this page as well.
- Once you are happy with your changes simply click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
