- Login the GiveEasy platform
- Go to ‘Account Settings’ on the bottom left of your screen and click the ‘Custom Fields’ tab
- Click the ‘Create Field’ button
- Add in details of the custom field you would like and click 'Create'
- Repeat this for as many custom fields you wish to add.
- After you have added your custom field, then click ‘Campaigns’, and select 'Edit' on the campaign you wish to add the custom field to.
- Within the page editor, select the donation form element and the donation form preferences draw will appear.
- Select the 'Data' tab and select the 'Add extra field' button and then the 'Custom' option.
8. Under the new Custom Field area click the 'Select' button and then choose the custom field you added in account settings
9. If you want the custom field to be a mandatory field, simply tick the ‘Mandatory’ checkbox.
10. Once you have added all the relevant custom fields you want to your donation form then all that's left to do is save and publish your changes.
